Job Description:

  • Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations.
  • Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts,
  • appetizers and snacks.
  • Plating prepared foods based on senior chef's guidance.
  • Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
  • Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts.
  • Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
  • Ensuring cooking utensils and kitchen area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Graduate or Undergraduate of any Hospitality Course.
  • Proven experience in the position of interest.
  • Physically fit and with no large, visible tattoos.
  • With good communication and memorization skills.
  • Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.
