DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage SkillStation platform configuration, user access, and course setup.
  • Upload and maintain training materials, onboarding decks, and learning content.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in coordination with IT or vendors.
  • Support automation of learning workflows (assignments, completions, evaluations).
  • Generate usage, completion, and compliance reports for WDP and leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education Technology, or Human Resource Management.
  • Preferably with training or certification in LMS administration, e-learning content management, or IT systems administration.

B. Experiences and Training

  • At least 2–3 years of experience managing or supporting LMS platforms (SkillStation, Moodle, Blackboard, Cornerstone, or similar).
  • Experience in course creation, user management, and reporting.
  • Familiar with SCORM/xAPI standards and online content upload workflows.
  • Preferably with exposure to blended learning operations (virtual + in-person).

C. Competency

  • Experience administering LMS or LXP platforms (SkillStation, Moodle, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors).
  • Understanding of learning workflows, SCORM/xAPI content, and system reporting.
  • Attention to detail and strong data management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with user experience design and learning technology tools.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer support orientation.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • May require working beyond normal business hours, including weekends and holidays to meet project deadlines or address urgent client issues
