Position: Beauty Specialist

Location: North EDSA, Quezon City

We are looking for a full-time Beauty Specialist to join our growing retail team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in beauty and cosmetics who are passionate about helping customers look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional beauty consultations, product demos, and makeup application services
  • Recommend products suited to customers' needs and preferences
  • Stay updated on current beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the work area and product displays
  • Help achieve store sales targets and contribute to team performance
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships

Qualifications

  • With prior experience in makeup artistry, beauty retail, or similar roles
  • Passionate about cosmetics, skincare, and customer engagement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor
  • Willing to work full-time in a retail environment with flexible scheduling
