Description

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to lead a team in building secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader skilled in full-stack development, microservices, and DevOps, with a passion for clean code, innovation, and mentoring engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end software development, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and define scalable architecture and reusable components.
  • Mentor and guide developers, manage workloads, and drive continuous improvement through agile practices.
  • Architect and build secure, high-performance systems using Laravel, React, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
  • Optimize performance, databases (MySQL/MariaDB), and support CI/CD and containerized deployments.
  • Participate in UAT, release reviews, and change management.
  • Work with Product, QA, and DevOps to align technology with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance, documentation, and version control best practices.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years in software development, including 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
  • Advanced skills in PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (React, ).
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB, Oracle, and ORM frameworks.
  • Expertise in microservices, RESTful APIs, Docker, and CI/CD with Git.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Java (Spring Boot), AWS/Azure, and Agile/Scrum.
  • Familiarity with security, data privacy, and compliance standards.
  • BPO industry experience is a strong advantage.
