What You’ll Do Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions Deliver clean, efficient code in line with modern software engineering practices Collaborate with team through agile ceremonies, pair programming, and code reviews Contribute to architectural discussions and share technical insights to inform product decisions Apply AI tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance development workflows and productivity Work closely with cross‑functional teams in a supportive, growth‑focused environment Help maintain CI/CD pipelines and support deployment processes Continuously learn and adopt best practices in coding, testing, and team collaboration Ensure secure, high‑quality code aligned with performance and privacy standards Participate in ongoing learning and team knowledge‑sharing initiatives What we would like to see you bring to the team Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 3–5 years of experience as a software engineer in an agile/scrum environment. Strong hands‑on experience with Node.js, React , including building and maintaining backend APIs and microservices. Solid understanding of authentication and authorization standards, including OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) . Working knowledge of identity management systems and API gateways (e.g., Kong, Traefik, or similar). Good grasp of object‑oriented programming, SOLID principles, MVC architecture, and common design patterns. Exposure to cloud technologies (preferably AWS) and API lifecycle management. Proficiency in SQL databases (e.g., MySQL) and version control tools such as Git. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a continuous learning mindset.
