Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a
Tech Lead / Lead Software Engineer
to lead software projects, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality delivery in alignment with business goals. You will primarily work remotely with occasional in-office collaboration in Makati.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define project scope and timelines.
  • Write and maintain high-quality code using
    Typescript and React
    .
  • Use project management tools (like
    Linear
    ) to track tasks and progress.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Stay updated on software development trends and best practices.
  • Occasionally visit the Makati office for meetings, kick-offs, and collaborative activities.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software development experience, including managing a team.
  • Proven experience as Lead Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in Linear or equivalent tools.
  • Proficiency in Typescript and React.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with
