The Back Office Staff provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business processes. This role focuses on data management, documentation, coordination, and assisting front-line teams with accurate and timely information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize, update, and maintain company records and databases.
- Process documents, forms, and reports as required.
- Assist in preparing summaries, spreadsheets, and internal reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Handle email communication and respond to internal inquiries.
- Monitor and verify the accuracy of information before submission.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company data and client information.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate, SHS graduate, or college level.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Willing to learn and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and time management skills.
