We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Support Assistant to help ensure the smooth daily operations of our office. You will provide administrative, clerical, and logistical support to various departments, assisting with tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling, correspondence, and general office maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.

Maintain office supplies and reorder items as needed.

Support team members with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and taking meeting minutes.

Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records in digital and paper formats.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Coordinate with maintenance and IT support for office equipment and facilities issues.

Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or associate's degree is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
