We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter and Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing staffing team. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, generating interest in our services, and setting appointments for the sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills, as you will be working with US-based clients. You must be comfortable with outbound calls, email outreach, and maintaining a positive rapport with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through various platforms, databases, and networks.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients, introducing them to our staffing services.
- Qualify leads based on their needs and business potential.
- Schedule appointments between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

- Previous proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales (At least 3 years)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially when working with US-based clients.
- Strong ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
- Experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools. (Salesforce, KnowledgeNet, LinkedIn, etc)
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work US business hours (following US Pacific time).
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
