Lead Generation Representative, Phone support – Remote
Company Overview: MedPro Disposal is a leading provider of healthcare compliance solutions tailored to meet the needs of medical waste generators nationwide. We specialize in ensuring our clients adhere to stringent regulatory standards while streamlining their waste management processes, ultimately promoting a safer and more sustainable healthcare environment.
Mission statement: Identify, engage, and convert healthcare organizations with multiple locations into clients by offering centralized compliance solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings.
Purpose:
To generate qualified leads and sales opportunities by reaching out to prospects, building relationships, and ensuring smooth hand-offs to the sales team, with a focus on helping the company achieve its revenue goals.
Compensation & Benefits:
SALARY RANGE: $520/Month (Paid weekly paid) + COMMISSIONS $$

DESCRIPTION:
Key Accountabilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Proactively contact prospects, qualify leads based on specific criteria, and generate sales opportunities.
Success Measure: Deliver 10 qualified leads per week and maintain a conversion rate of 20% to appointments.
Client Interaction & Data Management:
Accurately track and document all interactions with prospects in the CRM, ensuring up-to-date, detailed records.
Success Measure: Maintain 100?ta accuracy in the CRM and generate weekly reports on lead progress.
Sales Collaboration & Problem-Solving:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to resolve any sales-related issues, create new orders, and help manage customer accounts.
Success Measure: Successfully resolve all sales-related issues within 24 hours of identification.
Compliance & Reporting:
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, while generating and delivering accurate reports to the team.
Success Measure: Ensure full adherence to compliance measures and submit reports in a timely manner.
