Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture Leadership: Define and lead enterprise architecture strategy, governance, and frameworks aligned with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite and partners to drive architectural initiatives and digital transformation.
  • Solution Oversight: Guide solution design across industries (IT, Retail, BFSI, Healthcare), ensuring integration with enterprise systems and strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing architecture team; promote innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Knowledge Management: Establish processes for continuous improvement and act as a thought leader in technical innovation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience: 15+ years in enterprise architecture across multiple domains; 8+ years in senior leadership roles.

  • Expertise:

  • Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Microservices, DevOps, and security best practices
  • Industry trends and regulatory requirements
