Maintenance Technician

- Routine inspection of all common areas of the mall/property. This includes all Electrical, Mechanical, Air-con, Plumbing and Sanitary rooms applicable.
- Responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the mall equipment's and facilities.
- Monitoring, checking and logging of operational data of equipment.
- Attends to tenants, and employee's technical concern whenever necessary.
- Accomplish daily equipment checklist.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of critical equipment such as Air-Conditioning System, Generator Set, Elevator and all Mechanical pumps installed in the mall.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Assistant Mall Engineer.
Job Qualifications:
- At least Vocational Diploma or Short course (TESDA certificate).
- At least one (1) year experience for being a Maintenance Technician is required for this position.
- Knowledgeable of HVAC, Fire protection, System, Electrical and Mechanical system and BMS System
- Willing to work 6 days in a week and with shifting schedule.
- Adhere to the highest standard quality and safety.
- Can start ASAP.
