Maintenance Technician

  • Routine inspection of all common areas of the mall/property. This includes all Electrical, Mechanical, Air-con, Plumbing and Sanitary rooms applicable.
  • Responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the mall equipment's and facilities.
  • Monitoring, checking and logging of operational data of equipment.
  • Attends to tenants, and employee's technical concern whenever necessary.
  • Accomplish daily equipment checklist.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of critical equipment such as Air-Conditioning System, Generator Set, Elevator and all Mechanical pumps installed in the mall.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Assistant Mall Engineer.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least Vocational Diploma or Short course (TESDA certificate).
  • At least one (1) year experience for being a Maintenance Technician is required for this position.
  • Knowledgeable of HVAC, Fire protection, System, Electrical and Mechanical system and BMS System
  • Willing to work 6 days in a week and with shifting schedule.
  • Adhere to the highest standard quality and safety.
  • Can start ASAP.
