Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective management of dealer networks, sales agents, and sales support functions. This role ensures strong relationships with dealers, provides direction and support to sales agents, and coordinates with internal teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Monitor dealer performance, set sales targets, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Conduct regular dealer meetings, training, and business reviews.
  • Ensure dealers comply with company policies, pricing strategies, and branding guidelines.

Sales Agent Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise sales agents to achieve assigned targets.
  • Provide coaching, motivation, and performance evaluation to sales agents.
  • Allocate territories, leads, and accounts to maximize coverage and efficiency.
  • Ensure sales agents follow ethical sales practices and company standards.

Sales Support & Operations

  • Oversee sales support functions including order processing, documentation, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels with supply chain/logistics to ensure product availability.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Customer & Market Development

  • Identify new market opportunities and potential dealer/agent partnerships.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Track competitor activities and recommend strategies to strengthen market position.

Corporate/Government

  • Responsible to monitor Government bidding
  • Oversee the Corporate Account

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably handling dealers and agents.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to prepare and interpret sales reports.
  • Ability to travel and manage multiple dealer/agent accounts.
