QCQA Manager

· Design, implement, and improve company quality standards

· Analyze data in order to find areas for growth and improvement

· Responsible for training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.

· Develop, implement and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.

· Communicate quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.

· Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products, recommends and facilities solutions to these issues.

· Review client, customer and user feedback.

· Formulate strategies to increase productivity.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any course related to the industry

· 3-5 years of experience within QCQA or relevant experience

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

· Advanced Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong presentation skills.

· Solid business judgment.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
