The Project Development Headis responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project development cycle, ensuring the profitability and successful execution of projects. This includes conceptualizing new developments, conducting feasibility studies, overseeing project design and planning, launching and implementing projects, and managing project turnover to customers. The role requires strong leadership and coordination across multiple departments, including Design, Construction, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Permits, Customer Service, and Property Management, to ensure timely completion of project milestones and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Project Conceptualization & FeasibilityIdentify and conceptualize new development opportunities based on market trends and business goals. Conduct feasibility studies and market research to assess project viability, demand, and financial potential. Develop business strategies for new projects, including pricing, positioning, and target markets.

Project Planning & ExecutionLead the master planning, design, and development process in coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants. Oversee budgeting, cost analysis, and financial projections to ensure profitability. Secure necessary government permits and regulatory approvals for project implementation.

Monitor construction progress and project execution to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and budget. Lead the handover process to customers, ensuring smooth transition to property management. Cross-Functional Leadership & CoordinationCollaborate with internal teams across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to align project goals.

Work closely with external stakeholders, investors, contractors, and government agencies for project approvals and execution. Lead teams in resolving project delays, risks, and challenges to ensure timely completion. Financial & Market AnalysisTrack project performance against profitability targets and investment returns.

Assess real estate market conditions and adjust business strategies accordingly. Provide recommendations for new business opportunities, expansion, and investment strategies. Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

Has an at least 15 years of experience in project development, business development, feasibility studies, or real estate development. Strong background in conceptualizing development projects, financial analysis, feasibility studies, and market research. Experience in sales and marketing strategies for real estate projects.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of local building codes, real estate regulations, and permitting processes.
