QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • With excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with employees, developers, agencies, public officials and the general public.
  • At least 3 years of working experience as Assistant Manager / Manager specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Willing to relocate or be assigned in Aklan, Boracay.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform all property management functions and activities for the property owners.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of all developments at the site.
  • Inform respective departments on property management requirements of the site.
  • Responsible for all facets of operations of the property to which he/she is assigned.
  • Responsible in the supervision of all service providers engaged for the assigned project.
