We are one of the leading plastic packaging manufacturers that provide an extensive variety of products ranging from vest bags, to roll bags, peanut butter jars, microwavable containers, cutleries and silver trays, and plates.

8 years in the industry and still counting, we humbly started from machines for vest bags. We now have a diverse range of machines such as injection and blowing, able to produce more than a thousand products a day.

We are in need of Warehouse managers who will play a crucial role in the supply chain, acting as the backbone of logistics operations. His/her responsibilities stretch far and wide, encompassing everything from inventory control to staff management.

Primary Responsibilities:

Inventory Control -overseeing inventory levels. This includes monitoring stock levels and implementing systems to track incoming and outgoing goods. He/she must ensure that the right products are in the right quantities and stored correctly.

Staff Management - directly involved in staff management, from hiring to training and ongoing supervision. They must ensure that the team is well-trained in warehouse operations and safety protocols.

Health and Safety Compliance- Health and safety compliance is a top priority in warehouse management. He/she is responsible for creating a safe working environment by implementing safety policies and protocols. This includes regular training sessions on equipment use and emergency procedures.

Cost Control and Budget Management - Another critical aspect of a warehouse manager's role is overseeing budgets and controlling operational costs. He/she must monitor expenses related to inventory, staffing, and equipment to ensure the warehouse operates within budget.

What we're looking for

• Experience (3+ years) in a warehouse management , preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or packaging industries
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and different warehouse management system
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis tools
• Effective leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements related to warehousing and distribution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php35,000.00 per month
