Responsibilities:

Provides assistance/help to Immediate Superiors for the achievement of quality objectives
Coordinates with all concerned sections and departments regarding files, records, and documents pertaining to warehouse operations
Updates all computer records and documents to provide information on the status of all important warehousing matters
Prepare the following documents and Daily Receiving and Issuance Reports
Monthly Supply consumption and Withdrawal Reports and Local & Imported Materials Inventory Reports
Packing List & other required documents
Provides fast and accurate status report in response to the immediate need or requirement of all sections and departments and issues notices/advices regarding the same to the concerned sections and departments
Prepares and submits required reports and Helps in maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area, including the assigned machines, materials and tools used.
Performs everyday duties while ensuring compliance to the existing Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedure.

Requirements:

Graduate of computer course and/or Two-Year Vocational Course
Preferably with one (1) year experience in warehousing operations
Technical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and other data entry software.
Typing speed. Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
Soft skills. Good communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
Problem-solving. Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in data effectively.
Adaptability. Comfortable working in dynamic office settings

Contract length: 5 months (Project-Based)
