Telecommunications Engineer

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Telecommunications Engineer to join our team in Cavite area. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our telecom installation projects. If you have a solid foundation in telecom infrastructure and enjoy working on-site, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or a related field. With or without PRC license
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in telecom site works, with a focus on Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) projects. Experience with Globe Telecom projects is a plus but not required.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure.
  • Basic understanding of structural work is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret site plans, layouts, and electrical diagrams.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred.
  • Certifications (Preferred but not required):
  • Working At Heights (WAH)
  • COSH / Safety Officer II
  • First Aider

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operations for telecom installation projects.
  • Conduct Technical Site Surveys (TSSR) and prepare Method of Procedures (MOP).
  • Provide regular updates by submitting daily and weekly progress reports and photos etc.
  • Assist and support the site acceptance process to ensure project completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform testing and commissioning of telecom equipment.

  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
