What You Will Do
  • Boundless is looking for an Accounts Receivable Agent to manage billing, collections, and customer accounts while ensuring timely payments, compliance with company policies, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify root causes of late payments (process gaps, recurring disputes, customer behavior) and propose improvements.
  • Share best practices with teammates to strengthen overall collection effectiveness and consistency
  • Support policy compliance by ensuring collection practices follow company standards, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in process optimization, including automation opportunities and workflow improvements
Who You Are
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field
  • Have 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections
  • Skilled in accounts receivable and collections processes
  • Strong in negotiation and persuasion
  • Persistent and resilient under pressure
  • Analytical mindset to identify payment trends and risks
  • Effective in conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Driven to support process improvements and team success
