Philippines ConnectOS Full time ₱104,000 - ₱130,878 per year

Salary: P350 - P400 per hour

Schedule: Between 09:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in trademark, contracts, and business formation
  • Strong familiarity with USPTO processes and general corporate compliance
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills- Proficiency in tools like Airtable, GSuite, CRM platforms, and e-signature tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
  • Professional communication skills and client-facing experience

Nice to have:

  • Bonus: Experience with legal operations or project management

What will you do?

Legal Support Tasks:

  • Conduct trademark clearance searches and draft preliminary opinion memos
  • Prepare and file trademark applications with the USPTO
  • Track and manage deadlines related to trademark filings (docketing, renewals, office actions)
  • Draft initial versions of commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements, licensing agreements, etc.) using existing templates
  • Assist with entity formation filings across various states (LLC/corporate formation using provided forms)
  • Format, proofread, and finalize legal documents for accuracy and consistency
  • Research legal issues and state-specific requirements as needed (e.g., formation rules, foreign qualifications) Assemble final client deliverables and reports, including coordinating signatures and saving files to internal systems

Project Management & Ops

  • Manage and track legal projects and internal workflows using Airtable
  • Monitor client tasks and follow up on outstanding deadlines and to-dos
  • Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information, documents, and signatures
  • Assist with onboarding new clients (welcome emails, intake forms, scheduling, etc.)

Administrative & Marketing Support

  • Send engagement letters and payment details following consultations
  • Post LinkedIn content on a set schedule (content provided or lightly edited)
  • Follow up with leads and prospects after initial consultations
  • Update and maintain CRM records to ensure accuracy
  • Help draft and refine internal SOPs for smoother legal and administrative operations
