Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? DCX is looking for a Home-Based AP/AR Clerk to join our U.S.-based client's growing finance team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing invoices, maintaining vendor and customer records, reconciling accounts, and supporting both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES
Organization & Time Management – Skilled in prioritizing multiple accounting tasks and meeting deadlines.
Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy and consistency across invoices, reconciliations, and reports.
Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal English communication when dealing with vendors, clients, and team members.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Able to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and adapt to new systems or processes.
Technical Proficiency – Strong command of accounting tools, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Receive, review, and verify invoices; match them with purchase orders and supporting documents before processing payments.
Code vendor invoices accurately in accordance with company procedures.
Review and reconcile vendor statements to ensure completeness and accuracy of accounts.
Follow up with external vendors for missing invoices or to resolve payment-related inquiries.
Communicate proactively with internal departments and vendors to address discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date vendor information, including addresses and payment details.
Report any invoice or vendor concerns to the AP Manager or Controller.
Prepare and process payments in a timely and compliant manner.
Maintain accurate financial documentation for both AP and AR functions, ensuring audit readiness.
Support the accounting team with reporting, reconciliations, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in accounting, specifically in AP/AR functions.
Language Proficiency: Very proficient in written and spoken English.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Experience with NetSuite, ERP systems, Facilis (Sales Management), and Egnyte (File Management) is a plus.
Soft Skills: Proactive, dependable, growth-minded, and capable of maintaining composure under pressure.
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 45,000
Job Type: Full-time

Work Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (USA)
Work Days: Monday to Friday (USA)
