As our Company Nurse, you will serve as the primary health care provider on-site, ensuring compliance with DOLE's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards. Most days will be centered on health monitoring, preventive care, documentation, wellness initiatives, and maintaining workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine health checks and screenings.
  • Maintain detailed health records of employee illnesses and injuries.
  • Maintain medical supplies and administer OTC treatments and basic medications as necessary.
  • Coordinate referrals to hospitals or clinics when needed.
  • Provide first aid and emergency treatment promptly to injured or ill employees.

  • Promote and implement health and wellness initiatives tailored to the needs of construction‑oriented personnel.

  • Ensure full compliance with DOLE's Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS).

  • Submit monthly & quarterly health reports and other mandated documentation.

Qualifications

  • PRC-licensed Registered Nurse.
  • At least 3 years of nursing experience is required for this position.
  • Occupational health or industrial nursing experience is a plus.
  • Preferably completed a Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training and certification in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS), but these may also be obtained either before application or after hiring.
  • Strong organizational skills for health records and reporting.
  • Approachable and proactive in employee care, with ability to work with discretion and empathy.
