JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Renders first-aid measure in case of emergency.
  • Issues medicines to employees based on their complaints secondary to their illness and/or diseases.
  • Checks and verifies the validity of reasons of employees who availed of sick leave, and
  • countersigns the leave form being applied for approval of the concerned Department
  • Managers/Supervisors.
  • Does the Purchase Order (P.O.) of medicines for employees based on the prescription being presented.
  • Send applications for medical examination, follow up and evaluates results, and update medical logbook.
  • Assisting the company physician in consultations.
  • Evaluates medicines as to their appropriateness and indications.
  • Maintaining individual health record and keeping its confidentiality.
  • Conducts investigation of accidents.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time after an appropriate training has been given.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Willing to work in Binan, Laguna
  • Can start immediately
