Most days are centered on health monitoring, documentation, wellness initiatives, and maintaining workplace safety. Key Responsibilities

Health Assessments & Wellness Promotion

  • Conduct routine health checks and screenings.
  • Promote and implement health and wellness initiatives tailored to the needs of construction‑oriented personnel.
  • Educate employees on health and safety topics, including preventive measures and proper use of PPE.

Occupational Safety Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with DOLE's Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS).
  • Maintain medical supplies and keep accurate health records.
  • Submit monthly & quarterly health reports and other mandated documentation.
  • Serve as a key member of the Health and Safety Committee and actively contribute to safety meetings, hazard identification, risk assessment, and formulation of health protocols.

Clinical & Emergency Care

  • Provide first aid and emergency treatment promptly to injured or ill employees.
  • Administer OTC treatments and basic medications as necessary.
  • Coordinate referrals to hospitals or clinics when needed.
  • Maintain detailed health records of employee illnesses and injuries.

Qualifications

  • PRC-licensed Registered Nurse.
  • Preferably completed a Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training and certification in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Strong organizational skills for health records and reporting.
  • Approachable and proactive in employee care, with ability to work with discretion and empathy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24, Php28,000.00 per month
