Responsibilities:

  • Record journal entries, maintain general ledgers, and support monthly and year-end closing activities. Prepare and update accounting schedules and reconciliations.
  • Process invoices, verify payment documents, and assist in monitoring receivables. Reconcile vendor statements and support payment and collection processes.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, budgets, and audit documentation.
  • Gather data for tax filings, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and organize financial records.
  • Maintain accurate files, perform basic financial analysis, and participate in process improvement projects.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
