Job Title: Finance and Accounting Intern

Location: Casto Travel Philippines (CTP), Makati

Overview:

We are offering an internship opportunity for BS Accountancy students who are in their final years of study. This program is designed to provide real-world exposure to core accounting functions such as reporting, auditing, compliance, and daily financial operations. Universities may formalize the program through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and schedules
  • Support processing of payables and receivables, including invoices and reconciliations
  • Help with compliance tasks such as BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG filings
  • Provide assistance in audits through preparation of working papers and documentation
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance reviews
  • Maintain proper organization of financial data and records
  • Take part in assigned projects and provide administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in BS Accountancy, preferably in the final year of study
  • Strong foundation in accounting principles and interest in financial analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (knowledge of accounting systems is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and analytical skills
  • Able to communicate effectively and work well independently or in a team
