Responsibilities:
As an Academic Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and improving our curriculum as a subject-matter expert.
Your main goal will be to make our technology platform a credible source of quality educational content for educators and learners. You will ensure that our curriculum is effective and aligns with the Department of Education's educational standards.
Subjects: Filipino & MAPEH
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Education, majoring in any Filipino/MAPEH-related courses
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in Filipino Subject (with 2 years minimum in a face-to-face learning setting).
- Teaching experience in Araling Panlipunan and Senior High School courses of related fields is an advantage (For Filipino Subject only)
- Background for ed-tech trends specific to Filipino
- Familiar with the Chicago Manual of Style (17th ed) and KWF Manwal sa Masinop na Pagsulat or any other style guidelines for writing and editing
- Familiar with the DepEd K-12 curriculum, Bloom's taxonomy, and other learning pedagogies specific to Filipino
- Proficient in Google Suite apps such as Docs, Slides, and Sheets
Other details:
- Up to 35k package + 1,100 allowance

- Full-time, Regular
- Remote /WFH (Some office days may be required, mostly work-from-home)
- Mondays to Fridays, Flexible working hours (8 hrs/day)
