Job Qualification

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Real Estate Management.
  • Minimum of at least 1 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Real Estate Appraisal industry.
  • Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, a plus.
  • Licensed Civil or Mechanical Engineer, an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Above average report writing skills.
  • Demonstrates mature communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure; can render Overtime, if needed.
  • Must be willing to work on office based set-up and a resident near Makati City.
  • Willing to travel for site inspections (local & abroad).
  • Available to start anytime.
  • 2 Full-time positions available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php35,000.00 per month
