Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Real Estate Management
  • Minimum of at least 1 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Real Estate Appraisal industry
  • Licensed Appraiser or Licensed Civil or Mechanical Engineer an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
  • Above average report writing skills (Exercise sound judgement and decision making to produce accurate and high quality valuation reports)
  • Demonstrates mature communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure, can render Overtime, willing to travel local and abroad
  • Must be willing to work on office based set-up and a resident near Makati City
  • Willing to travel for site inspections (local & abroad)
  • Available to start anytime
  • 2 Full-time positions available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
