Marketing Manager/Ticket Sales Manager (a.k.a. our Audience Amplifier & Ticketing Trailblazer)

to help scale our events, optimize campaigns, and create seamless ticketing experiences that wow audiences.

This is a top-priority role, with onboarding expected in the next two weeks. If you thrive at the intersection of creativity, data, and purpose—you'll feel right at home here. This person we're looking for should be able to work comfortably on a PST/EST shift.

What You'll Do

Own the Paid Media Game Plan

  • Lead strategy across Meta, Google, and programmatic ads.

  • Manage budgets like a pro and make every dollar count.

  • Partner with our creative tribe to test new ideas, assets, and formats.

  • Monitor all ad performance, provide feedback, and make sure they meet deliverables set within the KPI tracker

Master the Ticketing Flow

  • Set up and manage platforms TicketSocket or TicketTailor.

  • Integrate ticketing with CRMs and contact management systems.

  • Keep the workflow smooth???emails, creatives, and purchase flows.

Optimize, Report, Repeat

  • Track and share ROAS, conversions, and key insights.

  • Experiment constantly to improve the ticket-buying journey.

  • Report back to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.

Track, manage, update, and report KPIs regularly

  • You're hands-on with ticketing platforms and CRM integrations.

Compensation and Benefits
