Position Overview:

The Transportation Specialist (PPP) is responsible for managing, coordinating, and optimizing transportation operations in accordance with Public-Private Partnership (PPP) agreements. The role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods and personnel while complying with regulatory requirements and contract obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor transportation activities under PPP projects.
  • Coordinate with public and private partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Track and report transportation performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain transportation documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
  • Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives for transportation services.
  • Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions to avoid disruptions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to optimize routes, schedules, and resources.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in transport planning, railway planning, civil engineering, urban planning, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in transportation management, preferably within PPP or public-private frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in contract management and public-private partnership operations.
  • Knowledge of budget planning and cost optimization techniques.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
