Position Overview:

The Aviation Specialist manages and supports aviation operations within Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant flight and ground operations while coordinating between public agencies, private partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor aviation operations under PPP projects.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations, PPP agreements, and organizational policies.
• Assist in aircraft maintenance tracking, operational readiness, and safety inspections.
• Support flight planning, logistics, and resource management.
• Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation for PPP stakeholders.
• Liaise with government agencies, private contractors, and aviation authorities.
• Analyze operational data to improve efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions for smooth PPP operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, Air Transport, or related field.
• Knowledge of aviation safety regulations, flight operations, and maintenance procedures.
• Understanding of PPP frameworks, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in aviation management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aviation operations, flight coordination, or aircraft maintenance.
• Experience working with regulatory authorities, safety compliance, and PPP projects preferred.
• Familiarity with flight planning, air traffic procedures, and operational risk management.
• Relevant aviation certifications (pilot license, maintenance license, or equivalent).

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
