Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed personal/team goals and metrics (e.g., response time, satisfaction scores).
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • College graduate
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willing to start ASAP
  • Amenable to work in Ugong Quezon City near Bridgetowne Pasig City

Job Type: Full-time
