About the role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Airline Elite CSR Agent to join our team at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc.'. As an Airline Elite CSR Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our elite airline clientele, handling a range of inquiries and resolving complex issues. This is a full-time role based in our Pasig City Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to our elite airline customers, resolving inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  2. Handling a range of customer service tasks, including booking changes, upgrades, and resolving complex issues
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring accurate documentation
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 6 Months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the airline industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer issues effectively
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively to find solutions
  4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the airline industry
