Job Summary:

The Marketing Supervisor oversees the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role involves managing a team of marketing professionals, coordinating campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing specialists. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media) to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI on campaigns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, and customer service) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, market insights, and team achievements to senior management.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication skills. Proficient in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle multiple projects. With experience in running a marketing campaign
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • With strong decision-making

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
