I. Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Finance Manager to lead the financial strategy and oversight of our restaurant portfolio and hotel asset in Clark. This role is not just about bookkeeping; it is about providing the financial intelligence needed to scale our business. You will be responsible for ensuring profitability through rigorous cost control, accurate reporting, and strategic budgeting across multiple units.

II. Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Consolidate P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for all restaurant units and the hotel asset.

  • Cost Leadership: Implement and monitor strict Food & Beverage (F&B) and labor cost controls. Identify variances and work with the operations team to rectify them.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budget planning and provide monthly rolling forecasts to ownership.

  • Compliance: Oversee all tax filings, business permits, and regulatory requirements specific to the Clark Freeport Zone.

  • Audit & Inventory: Manage monthly inventory audits and reconcile stock usage with POS data to minimize shrinkage.

III. Qualifications

  • CPA or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in Hospitality (Hotels and/or Restaurants).

  • Expertise in accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.) and POS systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on high-volume F&B environments.
