Job Description:

  • Promote and demonstrate Samsung products (smartphones, tablets, accessories, or appliances) in retail stores or events.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable Samsung products.
  • Provide accurate product information, explain features and benefits, and highlight promotions.
  • Maintain attractive and organized product displays to ensure visibility and appeal.
  • Monitor stock levels, request replenishment when needed, and ensure product availability.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by driving product sales.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • At least College level or Senior High School graduate.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, product promotion, or retail (experience in electronics/appliances is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of smartphones, tablets, and electronic products (Samsung product knowledge is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Pleasant personality, approachable, and customer-oriented.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google tools for reporting.
  • Willing to work in malls or assigned retail outlets with flexible schedules.
