Job description:

  • Administers application of minor treatment/first-aid for work-related accidents like bruises, burns, cuts, fainting, eye injuries, etc. Conducts reading of blood pressure as necessary.
  • Attends to consultations of employees for treatment of minor illnesses, or advice on health. Assists the retained Company Physician and Dentist during consultation of employee
  • Takes charge of coordination of consultations with accredited health care agency, including processing of reimbursements, enrollment of newly-regularized employees, and deletion of resigned/separated employees including claims processing
  • Keeps individual records of annual physical examination of old and newly-hired employees. Updates records for reference purposes and in preparation of OHS Standards report required by DOLE.
  • Provides clerical assistance in Employee Services related to Security, Canteen, and Shuttle Services.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of BS Nursing
  • Must be a licensed nurse. Preferably with 6 months experience as an Industrial Nurse.
  • Has good interpersonal relations skills and has a very good disposition
