Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Nurse. The Company Nurse will be responsible for providing healthcare services to employees, conducting health assessments, and managing medical records. This role involves developing and implementing occupational health programs, giving health education and advice, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Daily tasks also include responding to medical emergencies, administering medications, and coordinating with other healthcare providers as needed.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) certification and a valid nursing license
  • Experience in occupational health, health education, and administering medications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle medical emergencies and manage healthcare services
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance
  • Proficiency in managing medical records and conducting health assessments
  • Experience in a corporate healthcare setting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
