Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Metro Manila. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, effectively managing client accounts, and handling the sales cycle to meet organizational goals. Other duties include negotiating contracts, understanding client needs, preparing strategic proposals, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and resolving any client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and success.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain successful client relationships
  • Experience in account management and basic project management skills
  • Knowledge of or experience with technology products such as biometric and RFID systems, security surveillance solutions, or similar offerings
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to understand and cater to client needs effectively
  • Technical acumen, with an ability to work closely with technical teams in design, consultation, and implementation phases
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and bring projects to completion on time and within budget
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in a related industry is an advantage
