  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination with stakeholders
  • One-year contract, with possible extension or regularization.

Description

  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and related documents to determine the exact quantities of materials required.
  • Utilize software tools and manual methods to perform detailed material takeoffs.
  • Ensure accuracy in calculations to prevent cost overruns and project delays.
  • Cost Estimation:
  • Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment based on current market rates.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing information.
  • Prepare and present cost estimation reports to project managers and clients.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with project managers and Operations to understand project scope and requirements.
  • Participate in project meetings to discuss estimates, changes, and adjustments.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the estimation process.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and related documentation.
  • Utilize estimation software and databases to manage and track project costs.
  • Generate regular reports and updates on cost estimates and project progress
