About the job Marketing (RES) Analyst
  1. Knowledge of Retail Electricity Market Operations: Basic understanding of RES switching processes under CREM, GEOP, and RAP programs; familiarity with IEMOP, ERC, and DU coordination procedures
  2. Contract and Document Handling: Ability to assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing customer and supplier contracts; attention to detail in validating documentary compliance and filing
  3. Regulatory and Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of DOE, ERC, and IEMOP requirements related to RES operations; understanding of timelines and reporting obligations
  4. Customer Service Orientation: Ability to coordinate with customers in a professional and responsive manner; capable of addressing post-switching concerns or billing inquiries in coordination with internal teams
  5. Coordination and Workflow Management: Skilled in coordinating tasks across departments (marketing, legal, billing, trading); can manage trackers, deadlines, and switching pipelines
  6. Proficiency in Office and Collaboration Tools
  7. Communication and Reporting Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for interfacing with DUs, IEMOP, and customers; capable of preparing internal progress reports and compliance summaries

Job Specifications:

  • At least a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Management, Economics, and Commerce or equivalent and proven experience from within a similar role and industry in Power Generation
  • At least 1 year relevant experience
