About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Audit Manager to join our client's team and lead/deliver high-quality IT audit engagements that strengthen governance, risk management, and control processes across the organization. In this role, you will oversee the assessment of IT systems, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies while identifying process improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, drive innovation in audit methodologies, and enhance the efficiency of IT operations. As a people leader, you will mentor and develop audit professionals, foster a culture of excellence and integrity, and contribute to the continuous advancement of the organization's internal audit function.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of audit experience, with at least 4 years focused on IT Audit.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Experience in SOX audits and familiarity with IT general controls and application controls.
  • CPA and/or CISA certification is required; additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIA are an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of IT risk management frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Experience with auditing IT systems, applications, databases, and infrastructure.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php100, Php145,000.00 per month
