What You'll Do:

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of internal audit engagements in line with the annual audit plan and internal audit standards.

Manage and mentor a team of audit professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence.

Serve as a key liaison between Manila and U.S. teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication across regions.

Partner with leadership to identify risks, recommend process improvements, and implement best practices.

Champion new initiatives, drive innovation within the internal audit space, and confidently voice recommendations for change.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Auditing, or Computer Information Systems

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in internal audit

CPA required; CIA or other related certification is a plus

Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team

Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to build relationships across all levels of the organization

Confident, proactive, and collaborative leader who can partner effectively with U.S.

counterparts
