Work Set-up: Hybrid (Mon - WFH, Tue–Fri - Onsite, Sat if required)

Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Work Type: Full-time

Qualifications (Must-Haves):

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or admin support (preferred)
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping, AP, AR, and reconciliation
  • Proficient in MS Excel (basic formulas, spreadsheets, data analysis)
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in financial reporting
  • Willing to work onsite + open to overtime (especially during closing periods)
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with financial/accounting tools (XERO or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting systems
