The Operations Analyst assists departments and branches in improving operational performance by developing, standardizing, and auditing systems and procedures based on best practices. The role involves analyzing customer complaints and satisfaction survey results, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and conducting GWP/GTP and operational audits to evaluate and enhance efficiency.

Candidates must be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, preferably with at least two (2) years of work experience. They must be computer literate and proficient in basic office applications.
