Medical Assistant/Pharmacy Assistant

This is for pooling. Target start date on January 2026.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintain and organize files and records to ensure they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Read and interpret prescription orders accurately and dispense medications in line with pharmacy guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering and stocking of medications and clinic supplies.
  • Oversee the proper delivery, labeling, and storage of medicines and products, ensuring they are not expired or damaged.
  • Record product usage per Facialist, Therapist, or Medical Doctor to support accurate inventory tracking.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on products used for treatments and those available for sale.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following established procedures and safety regulations.
  • Perform other administrative or office duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a Licensed Pharmacist or a graduate of BS in Pharmacy
  • Proven work experience in the related field is an advantage
  • Computer literate
  • Organized and can-do multitasking
  • Knowledge in inventory and stock monitoring is preferred
  • Trustworthy and responsible
