Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Artist/Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic flair, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and development teams to create designs that resonate with our target audience and strengthen our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling visual concepts for digital and print materials, including marketing campaigns, websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet goals.
  • Create and refine brand assets such as logos, typography, and color schemes.
  • Work on UI/UX design projects to enhance user experience on digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a fresh and modern design approach.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and visual storytelling across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphics Artist/Designer or in a similar role (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Sketch, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Education:

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if you have a strong portfolio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
