Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally fast, aesthetically-driven Mid-Level Graphic Designer PVOP (Pre-vetted Offshore Professional) to join our remote marketing team. This role requires an eye for cutting-edge design, a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, and the ability to maintain a consistently high-end visual standard that aligns with the fashion and film industry. The ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse who can quickly execute engaging assets that reflect the ethos of "transformation, telling stories, and creating unforgettable looks."

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is rapid production and maintenance of high-quality digital marketing assets:

  • Aesthetic Execution: Design and deliver visually stunning graphics for use across all digital channels, ensuring consistency with the client's brand style (which values modern, high-fashion, and film-ready visuals).
  • Digital Marketing Asset Creation: Produce high-volume content, including:

○ Social Media Graphics (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube thumbnails).

○ Website Banners and landing page hero images.

○ Email Marketing Templates and visuals.

○ Digital Brochures and Prospectus layouts.

  • Speed and Efficiency: Demonstrate exceptional speed in design iteration and final asset delivery, working effectively within tight marketing deadlines.
  • Brand Alignment: Maintain a deep understanding of our target audience (aspirational young artists) and tailor visual content to be appealing and authoritative within the makeup, fashion, and beauty industries.
  • Image and Content Manipulation: Retouch, color-correct, and prepare photographic assets to meet professional publication standards.

Essential Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • with 3–5 years of demonstrable professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a fast-paced agency or high-standard e-commerce/fashion/cosmetics/beauty environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a modern, high-fashion, or beauty-aligned aesthetic that immediately matches the quality and style of the client's brand.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, final-use assets quickly and reliably.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent industry-standard software.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, capable of taking complex feedback and translating it into visual solutions.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills)

  • Previous experience or strong interest in the fashion, beauty, film, or drag industries.
  • Working knowledge of basic digital marketing principles (e.g., A/B testing visuals, optimizing for click-through rates).
  • Experience with motion graphics or short-form video editing (a plus, but not required).
